【International Course】Modeling of The Chemical Reaction(モデルを使った化学反応の授業)

Learning Science is fun and exciting. It could also be difficult for the students to understand Science if the topic is all about atoms which cannot be seen using our naked eyes.

In this lesson about chemical reactions, the students in the 2nd grade of our junior high used round-colored papers to represent the atoms. Using this model, students can manipulate easily the atoms and simulate how atoms rearrange themselves when the chemical reactions happen.

Creating and using models in Science will help students to have a solid understanding of the concepts.
